Loneliness is not a destiny

Loneliness is not a destiny

Lately, I have been researching and following the challenges that the period presents to us. I concentrate on the extremist loneliness of the individual. My conclusion is clear: an alternative to roaming social networks must be found, otherwise we and our children may fall into the arms of world statistics. The Corona period intensifies the constant threat to the authentic personality of each of us. It is easy to be impressed by the demands of society that encourages us all to be and look like everyone else. The manifestation of this threat we can identify its rise in the level of depression and suicidal tendencies during the corona period in Israel and around the world.

Outside of physical coronary heart disease, mental coronary heart disease is spreading around the world. There is a dramatic increase in the rate of depression.

New studies published this month in the US"B. find that there has been a significant increase in the rate of reports of depressive symptoms since the outbreak of the corona plague. Previous findings have shown that one in 14 Americans is seriously considering suicide. It is currently estimated that one in ten is considering suicide. At the same time, there is a significant increase in calls to the city in Israel"N.

At a time when social isolation has become the banner of physical survival, the need to consume social network activity only increases. But, as you watch more online, you are tempted to try to fit the trend. Then we lose the ability to recognize personal uniqueness and feel a failure in trying to conform to an external image that is out of sync with the inner experience, a gap that amplifies the feeling that we are not equal and unworthy, which takes us away from identifying each and every one of us.

About 41% of respondents, in a particular study, reported at least one mental or behavioral problem. 30% responded that they suffer from anxiety disorder or depressive disorder. 26% found that they were suffering from the suspicious symptom as a post-traumatic stress disorder.

The social network, instead of solving the problem of loneliness, radicalizes the personal experience of lack of belonging. At times like these, the choice that will empower each of us more, is to invest in empowering self-worth. Connect to uniqueness, diversity and empower it. This is the way to break down these challenges and dissolve them from our lives. The search for collective behavior and the need to adapt ourselves to it, leaves us as outside observers and create a sense of inner lack.

What if there is another way? – The language of the new age is the language of the question, whoever does not ask, only replicates the past. The language of the question allows another reality, which has not yet been here, to materialize.

Through the language of the question, we can reach all that is already there, inside.

Covered with layers of conclusions and judgments.

Loneliness, loneliness, foreignness, lack of belonging – is it a choice or an escape?

It seems to be a choice in a story that is false, a story that runs our reality. And it is also an escape from being, recognizing and accepting the whole, the different, the unique, the other that we really are. What if our uniqueness and diversity is what is missing in the human puzzle? What if being us is the key to our personal resilience, our mental and physical health?
