She added praise and said animals: "To my delight, the court system has been blessed with many excellent judges. But what sets President Chen apart, in my opinion, is the combination of the professional aspect and the human aspect, which fit into it with such a precise and correct balance. President Chen’s human sensitivity is reflected in all types of cases in which he sat on trial, and especially during his tenure in the Juvenile Court, where extremely painful and charged situations often arise. The boys and girls who appeared before him were accompanied by Judge Chen, as he was then described, with extraordinary sensitivity and compassion in order to get their lives back on track. President Chen’s commitment to man and the community also stood out in his managerial roles, where he worked tirelessly for the benefit and well-being of judges and employees in the Jerusalem District.
