Permitted for publication: Three arrested on suspicion of abducting a resident of Jaljulia and imprisoning him in the north of the country

Kfar Qassem police opened an undercover investigation this week, upon receiving a report from a resident of Jaljulia, regarding a suspicion that his son was abducted by others whose identities are unknown.

Meanwhile, during the week, the police conducted an accelerated investigation on the covert level, using many technological measures, which tonight led to the exposure of the abductee’s place of detention in Nahariya and the location of the abductee, with severe signs of sabotage.

As mentioned, along with locating the abductee and transferring him safely back to his family, the police arrested three suspects, two residents of Jaljulia and one resident of the north in their 20s, on suspicion of involvement in the abduction and imprisonment of the victim, on criminal grounds.

The police intend to request this morning the extension of the suspects’ detention, in accordance with the needs of the investigation and its findings in the Magistrate’s Court in Petah Tikva.
