An indictment was filed against a Gaza resident who infiltrated Israel with a spray grenade on his body

The Southern District Attorney’s Office filed an indictment yesterday (Thursday) in the Beer Sheva District Court against Amir Dabari, a 21-year-old resident of Gaza, who infiltrated Israel, carrying a spray grenade on his body.

According to the indictment, filed by attorney Amit Ginat, on 11/27/21, the defendant approached the perimeter fence and entered Israeli territory, with a grenade sprayed on his body. The defendant took off his clothes and in his coat pocket was the grenade, which was blown up by the soldiers on the spot.

The indictment attributes to the defendant the commission of offenses of armed infiltration and carrying a weapon. The prosecution seeks to detain the defendant until the end of the legal proceedings against him. The arrest request stated that the defendant was in danger due to the fact that he infiltrated Israel with Amal"H. which can cause harm to life and body and actual damage.
