Suspicion: A Netanya resident attacked his neighbor after he asked his partner to pick up the dog’s needs

The police opened an investigation upon receiving a complaint about the assault and injury of a Netanya resident by his neighbor. According to the suspicion, the reason for the assault is the victim’s request from the attacker’s partner to raise the needs of their dog which he made in the public space.

The suspect punched the victim in the face, punched him and in the process threatened to kill him. The victim needed medical treatment at her home"H. when he suffered bruises on his limbs and a fracture in his face. Meanwhile, Netanya police arrested the suspect, a 33-year-old Netanya resident, and his detention was extended from time to time.

In accordance with the findings of the investigation, the Prosecution Unit of the Israel Police in the Central District filed an indictment against him and a request for continued detention until the end of the proceedings.
