Pfizer has agreed to extend the validity of corona vaccines found in Israel

Pfizer announced today (Wednesday) the extension of the validity of adult vaccines (ages 12 and up) found in Israel, for another three months.

Following the announcement, the Ministry of Health issued an update letter stating:

• Batch number FG9984 – vaccines whose expiration date was supposed to be 31/12/2021 – updated and the new expiration date is 31/3/2021.

• Batch number FJ1964 – vaccines whose expiration date was supposed to be 31/1/2022 – updated and the new expiration date is 30/4/2021.

• Batch number FL7309 – vaccines whose expiration date was supposed to be 28/2/2021 – updated and the new expiration date is 31/5/2021.

HMOs and other storage entities are aware of the update as well as the end of the use of these vaccines before their updated expiration date.
