The first shipment of Pfizer to Corona landed today (Thursday) at Ben Gurion Airport. The mo"M led by Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, facing CEO"To Pfizer, Albert Burla, along with Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz, and his office.

Prime Minister Naftali Bennett said: "Pfizer’s drug, which arrived in Israel today, among the first countries in the world, is an important addition to the toolbox of the war on the plague. A few weeks ago at a cabinet meeting I landed to promote the procurement of the drug, and thanks to our effort and determination, it happens. As we were world pioneers in administering the third vaccine and in administering the fourth vaccine – now we are also a leader in administering the drug to the citizens of Israel. Thanks to our rapid action, the drugs arrived in Israel quickly and will help us to reach the peak of the approaching omicron wave. I want to thank my friend, CEO"To Pfizer Albert Burla, to Health Minister Nitzan Horowitz and to his office, to El Al, which brought the shipment, and to all those involved in the craft. We are working properly, in an orderly and tight manner, with a combined effort – of tests, vaccinations and now also medicine. Together – we will overcome the wave of the omicron".
