Dozens of police officers and members of the Civil Administration raided the Oz Zion outpost in Binyamin this morning (Monday), with the aim of demolishing the buildings there. The outpost is home to two families and a nucleus of young men, as well as an active beit midrash and a synagogue. During the evacuation, two residents tied themselves to the floor using an iron device. Gauge forces"A. arrived at the scene to treat a number of casualties whose condition was mild.
On the hill, the evacuation was sharply attacked: "Naftali Bennett, Ayelet Shaked and Nir Orbach are responsible for sending the destruction forces this morning, as part of a trend led by the government aimed at establishing a Palestinian state on the ground. Hundreds of illegally built Arab houses are scattered around us, but Bennett and Shaked choose to demolish the Jews. There is now a real battle over Judea and Samaria, but we do not intend to give up and we will continue to fight for the future of the Land of Israel.".
H"About Itamar Ben Gvir who came to the place said: "Bennett and Ganz’s desire to destroy outposts never ends. This is the same Israeli government that does not destroy the Negev, and passes an electricity law to lawbreakers. The government is only a hero to Jews".
The Yesha Council stated: "Although most government ministers and even the president have expressed support for leaving the yeshiva, Chumash residents suffer humiliations, harassment and property confiscations daily from the Civil Administration. We appeal to Prime Minister Bennett and Defense Minister Ganz to stop the incessant harassment of yeshiva students. The yeshiva in Chumash has been in place for over 14 years, but since the horrific murder of Yehuda Dimentman the 14th, the Civil Administration has been obsessively attending the yeshiva and harassing students. It is not possible for the top echelons of the political echelon to support the yeshiva, and you will do nothing against the conduct of the Civil Administration. This policy is a reward for terrorism and may not continue, the harsh sights of detained yeshiva students are reminiscent of dark times. We demand that the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense establish order in the Civil Administration, arrange the meeting and thereby stop this disgraceful wave of harassment."
The head of the Benjamin Israel Gantz Council responded: "The Israeli government’s choice to demolish Jewish huts and turn a blind eye to paving roads and building thousands of Arab homes indicates that the government has come to terms with the Arab and European takeover of Judea and Samaria. Selective enforcement is an injustice. The Israeli government chooses to enforce a law only against its people. And turns its back on the settlers.
