The Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office (Criminal) today (Tuesday) filed an indictment in the city Magistrate’s Court against Nissim Avisat (19) and a minor (17), residents of Jerusalem, after entering a Jewish cemetery, jumping on gravestones, documenting and distributing a video online – each on According to his share.
According to the indictment, last April the defendants entered, without permission, the Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives. The minor defendant climbed on the tombstones and jumped on them and the adult defendant documented his actions, uploaded the video to the TIKTOK app and tagged the video under the title "Jerusalem, Muhammad, Palestine, Arabia, Long live Palestine". So he tried to delete the video but without success. The video has garnered thousands of views online.
The indictment attributes to the defendants committing the offense of entering without permission to a place of worship or burial.
