We continue to act against the pirate transit stations: enforcement actions were carried out against waste criminals near Bat Yam

The enforcement team of the Tel Aviv District Green Police in the Ministry of Environmental Protection, in cooperation with the Israel Police, Tel Aviv District Civil Prosecution, and Bat Yam Municipal Police, carried out a targeted enforcement operation against a building waste transfer station that was operating illegally. This, at the end of an undercover investigation that included gathering evidence and monitoring the station’s activities for several months.

The pirate station, located on the border between Bat Yam and Rishon Lezion, was operating without a business license and in violation of the Cleanliness Law. In the place were found tools"which included, among others, dump trucks, trucks and forklifts that were seized according to court orders. As part of the activity, several suspects were interrogated on the spot, and the business owners were summoned for further investigation. In addition, other tools used to commit the crimes were seized at the scene, and the Green Police of the Ministry of Environmental Protection launched a criminal investigation.

The Green Police of the Ministry of Environmental Protection works continuously with the aim of eradicating the phenomenon of littering and the establishment of illegal transit stations all over the country using all the tools at their disposal, among other things, conducting undercover investigations and enforcement actions against the criminals in cooperation with the various authorities.

The ministry works resolutely to eradicate the phenomenon of dumping waste throughout the country and takes proactive enforcement actions against the criminals who violate the law and pollute the environment, using all the tools at its disposal".
