On the way to the incident to which the marine police officers of the coastal district were called, after receiving a report of a swimmer who seemed to be drifting in the depths of the sea, near the research of the seas and lakes at Shekmona beach, the officers located a windsurfer, whose surfboard he was surfing on broke in two when he was holding on to a remaining part. And this when he is exhausted and exhausted.
In the meantime, the marine police team rescued the surfer from the depths of the sea and brought him back to the shore and, as he did not need treatment, he was released to his home.
The police once again emphasize the dangers of entering a rough or stormy sea:
– Surfing or swimming with partners while being equipped with means of communication in case of emergency.
