Hundreds of thousands of users on the Instagram social network experienced a malfunction tonight (Monday) and were unable to browse the site. The website Downdetector, which monitors reports of malfunctions of large companies in the network, updated that the users, about 187,000 from all over the world, reported malfunctions when they tried to refresh the feed and received an error that read, among other things, “Sorry, something went wrong.”

The Meta company, which operates, among other things, Instagram, responded: “We are aware that some Instagram users are experiencing difficulties browsing the site. We are working to restore the situation to normal as soon as possible and apologize for the inconvenience.”
