Due to the Home Command applet update, notifications may not be received for iPhone users

In order to initiate an upgrade of the Home Front Command applet, the IDF spokesperson is updating this evening (Tuesday) that it is possible that in the next few hours until the availability of the new version in the download store, iPhone users will not receive alerts in the applet.

Citizens have two additional means of warning at their disposal: the horns of the Home Front Command and the personal computer which can be turned into a means of warning by selecting your location on the national emergency portal.

Also, during a real incident, it will be possible to keep up to date with Home Front Command alerts through the television and radio channels and the Home Front Command’s information channels on Telegram. Notification of the completion of the upgrade procedure and its availability for download in the download store will be delivered accordingly.
