Following a barrage of rockets launched a short time ago (Monday) from the Gaza Strip into the territory of the State of Israel, alarms were set off in the western areas of the Lakish region, Ashdod, Gush Dan, Tel Aviv and some cities and towns in the lowland – the echoes of explosions were heard and it appears that these were successful interceptions. MDA said following the alarms in the last few minutes in the center of the country, MDA teams went out to search scenes where falls were reported, however at this stage no casualties were reported in the latest barrage.
