Dr. Osnat Levtzion Korah, Director of the Shamir Medical Center: “We at the Shamir Medical Center, together with the Ruderman Foundation, have started dedicated research in the field. Prof. Glazerman has lighted the way on the subject of sex and gender-appropriate medicine, but we still have a long way to go. There is bid data in the hospitals and in the community and with the help of cooperation we will be able to study medicine anew. A lot of concepts collapsed on October 7th, one of them is women. We are witness to the heroic deeds of women warriors, doctors, paramedics, medics who are on the front lines and we have shown that we can do even more We must not sit on the sidelines and let things happen above them – we need to take the reins and through research and re-study of medicine assimilate sex and gender-aware medicine.”

Prof. Keren Avraham Dekanit, Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University: “Sex and gender-aware medicine is a whole world and we are required to make changes in medical studies at the university. There is a new generation of students who want to learn again the right way and I support the introduction of a new language and new gender-adapted materials for our lecturers. It's time for a real change.”

Prof. Zion Hagi, Chairman of the Medical Association: “15 years ago Prof. Glazerman founded the Israeli Society for Gender Medicine, people did not understand what it was about. Today the situation has changed from one end to the other. More and more doctors began to research and delve into the issue of gender. In the last 12 months, 1989 articles in the field of gender-aware medicine were published worldwide, of which 42 were works by Israeli academic institutions. This is a developing and fascinating field that is gaining significant exposure and practical results in the field, such as medicines intended for women, gender personal care in the community, which are considered to be tikkun olam in the field of medicine.”

Shira Roderman CEO of the Roderman Family Foundation: “We are here, the Shamir Medical Center, run by a woman who believes in groundbreaking gender medicine. We are full partners in the vision of Dr. Esnat Levtzion Korech to research and maintain gender-based female medicine. Women have always been key figures and it is time to create a real systemic change in the medicine of tomorrow. Together we will move female medicine forward and I believe that this conference is, in terms of the gospel for the future to come. Power to all those who do the work.”
