A woman was arrested on suspicion of stabbing her ex-husband and threatening her infant daughter with a knife

Central District police officers arrested a Netanya resident a short time ago (Thursday) on suspicion of stabbing her ex-husband and threatening her infant daughter with a knife.

Netanya station police officers were called to an apartment in the city this evening upon receiving a report of a domestic violence incident during which a resident of the city stabbed her ex-husband and slightly injured him.
During the searches, the police located the suspect in another apartment in the city and after they had to break down the door with the help of the fire department, they located the suspect with her 4-year-old daughter close to her and a knife placed on the toddler's neck.

As mentioned, large police forces under the command of the Netanya Police Department – Captain Sharon Manor who arrived at the scene began attempts to take control of the suspect with the assistance of the police negotiation unit.
