G7 leaders warn of Iran's nuclear program

In a joint statement, the leaders of the leading powers in the G7 group sent a warning to Tehran regarding progress in Iran's nuclear program and a possible transfer of ballistic missiles to Russia.

The statement by the leaders from the USA, Canada, Japan, Germany, France, Italy and the UK “urges Iran to stop nuclear escalations and to stop the continuation of uranium enrichment operations that have no credible civilian justifications.” The industrialized countries warned that they would be ready to impose additional sanctions on Iran if passed Ballistic missile capability for Russia, as part of the growing cooperation between the two countries.
