Police officers returned a stolen vehicle to its owner

Yesterday (Saturday) during an activity of the Border Guard soldiers who were working to maintain the ongoing security in the area around Jerusalem, a report was received from a citizen resident of Jerusalem that he had received an alert from the Itoran system that his private vehicle had been located near the crossing to Al Jib.

Following the report, several police teams tracked the vehicle and entered the village of Al Jib where they located the vehicle that was reported stolen from its owner. The MGB soldiers who located the stolen vehicle noticed several suspects who were trying to break into the vehicle. MGB fighters arrested the three suspects and seized burglary tools and additional identification plates in their possession.

The three suspects, residents of East Jerusalem and the territories of Judea and Samaria, were arrested and taken to the Binyamin Police Station for further investigation.
