The Chief of Staff in Gaza: We use different methods, the common denominator

The Chief of Staff, Major General Herzi Halevi yesterday (Tuesday) held a situation assessment in the central corridor of the Gaza Strip with the commander of Division 99, Lieutenant Colonel Barak Hiram, the commander of the 3rd Brigade, Lieutenant Colonel Gil Werner and other commanders. During the meeting, the Chief of Staff said: “We exert military pressure in various forms. What you are doing in Rafah is different from what you are doing here, what you are doing here is different from what is happening right now in Shejaiyya or the mission itself of the corridor or the security area along the border.”

The Chief of Staff added: “What is the common denominator between the different places – determination, the common denominator is really in a very high-quality way that these things are done and in the end, we also go on missions to destroy as much infrastructure as possible, kill as many Hamas operatives as possible, kill as many commanders as possible. ”

Halevi also said: “In the end, this reduces the capabilities of Hamas, allows us to move forward with the achievements, allows us to carry out a very important task, pressure – we will not stop to return the abductees either. Therefore all these things, explain to the people, there is no shuffling or standing here Instead, you bring very important achievements every day. We plan ahead a long graph that looks for opportunities both for senior officials, for infrastructures and for activists, and we really do it with all kinds of methods.”
