MDA volunteers – 'Rescue Team' were called a short time ago (Wednesday) to a house in the Rama D neighborhood in Beit Shemesh, following a report of a toddler who had been burned by boiling water.
“Rescue Team” volunteers Avraham Rosenfeld and Hiyel Beloy add: “When we arrived at the scene, they handed us a fully conscious two-and-a-half-year-old toddler, with exposed second-degree burns on her upper body, after, according to her family, she was burned by boiling water that was poured on her. The Rescue Team organization reminds parents, especially during this period of cleaning for the Passover holiday, to be careful in the Mishnah for the lives of children and toddlers, and to prevent them from having access to hot water, cleaning materials and objects that could cause irreversible damage.
