The network star suspected of rape and indecent acts was released to house arrest

At the Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv, the judge decided at the hearing held yesterday to release Elad Levy to house arrest for 12 days. Levy, known as a network star, was arrested on suspicion of rape and indecent acts in Shomana.

According to the judge, “I was debating whether, under the circumstances of this case, there is no place to consider an alternative to arrest.” In the end, he ordered, as mentioned, house arrest for a period of about two weeks.

In response, Levy's lawyer, attorney Shai Shurer, said: “He will spend the holiday with his family, I think this is the right balance for this case.”
