A 45-year-old electric bicycle rider was hit a short time ago (Saturday) by a vehicle on David the King Street in Herzliya. MDA medics and paramedics gave him medical treatment and evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital in moderate condition, with injuries to his limbs.
