The Chief of Staff should remove himself and not Brigadier General Winter

Following the news of the release from the IDF of Brigadier General Ofer Winter, MK Almog Cohen of Otzma Yehudit, stated: “Brigadier General Winter is a commander with values, phenomenal abilities and proven achievements as a commander on the battlefield. His only sin is that he does not think like his men the conception”.

MK Cohen also said: “It is proper for the Chief of Staff to do a house check and remove himself following the operational failure called the October 7 failure in which we were left to die in the cities, kibbutzim and moshavim in front of the Nazi Hamas terrorists. I call on the Prime Minister to intervene in the appointments at the top of the IDF.”
