A car hit a truck a short time ago (Friday) on highway 1 near the Inaba interchange. MDA medics and paramedics who arrived at the scene found two men about 50 years old with no signs of life and had to pronounce them dead. In addition, a wounded man about 50 years old was treated and taken to Shamir Assaf Harofeh Hospital in a minor condition.
MDA medic and driver Raziel Alon said: “We arrived at the scene of the accident and saw two unconscious injured people with no pulse and no breathing and we had to determine their death. We evacuated one more lightly injured person, about 50 years old, to the Shamir-Assaf Harofeh hospital.”
The examiners of the Traffic Division of the Israel Police are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
