A 40-year-old man was evacuated by helicopter after drying out near Masada National Park

A 40-year-old man was found a short time ago (Tuesday) with signs of heatstroke while walking in an open area near Masada National Park. MDA medics and paramedics assisted by an IDF helicopter gave him medical treatment and evacuated him to Shaare Zedek Hospital, in a mild condition with signs of heat stroke and dehydration.
