Smotrich forgot that he was a minister in the Ministry of Defense

Member of the Knesset Brigadier General (resp.) Sharon Nir of the Israel Beitenu party, who is a member of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, said today (Wednesday) in response to the words of Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich who criticized the head of the National Security Agency, Major General Aharon Haliva, who in his resignation letter did not take personal responsibility that “The words of Smotritz who forgot that he is a minister in the Ministry of Defense are unfathomable.”

Member of Knesset Sharon Nir added: “What a disconnect, it's a shame that in his shortened military service he didn't learn what responsibility is. Minister Smotritz, if we're talking about change, the State of Israel needs a new leadership – one that doesn't have the biggest disaster written on it instead of the state.”
